
The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), is a government agency attached to the Department of Tourism mandated to attract foreign nationals and former Filipinos to retire, invest, and permanently reside in the Philippines.
Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV), is a special, non-immigrant visa which entitles the holder to reside permanently in the Philippines.

Application Requirements
Additional requirements may be required depending on the SRRV Option, or application circumstances.
- Original passport with valid tourist visa
- Medical Certificate
- Police Clearance from country of origin or last residence abroad; (additional NBI clearance if applicant has stayed for over 90days from last entry date)
- Bureau of Immigration Clearance (BICC)
- Proof of Bank Certificate/Inward Remittance of Visa Deposit
- 8pcs. of 2×2 photos
- Accomplished PRA Application Form
- Processing and Annual Fees
- Proof of Pension (if applicable)
- For Dependents, proof of relationship to Principal Retiree (i.e. Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Household Registry)
All documents coming from abroad must be original copies, translated to English and authenticated.
